They sold my house in Toms River. I saved on the real estate commission, but also received excellent service and good advice. I referred a relative of mine who is also happy. If I wasn't moving out of NJ I would use them to buy my next house.

I listed my home with 123 about a month ago. It sold right away for close to my asking price and saved a load of money in commissions. I couldn't be happier. I initially had been skeptical about listing at the lower commission thinking there would be all kinds of gimmicks or extras, but everything was included. Just as promised. Great experience

I probably saved over $20,000 selling my home. I can't believe everyone doesn't list this way. When I sold my last house I paid 5% and got less service. Very happy
