Didn't even get a foot in the door a woman that works there Donna at the reception is an old nasty lady that should not be dealing with the public her hospitality is disgusting rude put me on hold for 10 minutes forgot about me I called back and she laughs I don't recommend going there while she's hired.

I just started going to Dr. Schwartz, but things have been good so far. I haven't had new prescriptions in almost 10 years, and was so relieved to get an appointment so soon, especially since my backup frames are causing me to break out because of my nickel allergy. Others have said that the counter staff and doctor are rude, but I didn't experience that. Both were nice and professional with me. Sure, he doesn't have the best bedside manner, but he was to the point and he does his job well. Plus, their pricing is good, even for the frames that are only partially covered by insurance. Probably the best pricing I've ever seen at an optometrist's office, and I've been wearing glasses for 20 years. And they have MUCH cuter frames now than when I was growing up (thankfully, lol).
