Excellent customer service! Wrong item was sent and all I had to do was send them an email and the correct item was shipped to me right away. No fuss no muss. The items are very affordable compared to the grocery stores and shipping is fast. Thank you Bulk Foods!

Products I have ordered, mainly nuts and dried veggies, have all been good. But one order of pecans was labeled as salted (as ordered) but was not salted. Customer service in response to my complaints was terrible. They did not seem to believe me. Considering how much I have ordered from them over the years, I was surprised and disappointed. I would have returned the bag if they had requested it. They only wanted a photo of the label.

Ordered 5lbs of powdered kale only to discover that it's imported from China. This is not disclosed in the product menu. I threw it straight in the trash. Will not order from this company again.

Fantastic company - They always get my order correct and it always comes so fast. The product and price are both good and they have a lot of options for gluten free flours. I have celiac disease and it is super helpful to be able to get bulk gluten free flours.
