I received a bill 3/25, paid it 3/26. It was not due until 4/1 however, this company sent my bill to collections 3/27. I only received one bill and paid it promptly. When I called and asked about it, I was told to just ignore the bill collector. When I asked if this was normal practice and that you do not just ignore a debt collector, he offered to contact the debt collector. So now I have to deal with a debt collector for something I have already taken paid. Very frustrating

Terrible place. No ethics. And mismanaged. Terrible place of employment, appears they have a bad office culture that is conducive to favoritism and friend clicks, Said practices only welcome failure.

They refuse to listen to any explanation regarding a bill even when it is their mistake. They quickly threaten you will a collection agency. They are rude, uneducated and I hope they lose their Cleveland Clinic account quickly. They are trash.
