I wouldnt bank here at all. Even though I gave her my Rocket number she couldnt find my enrollment status. And therefore now I cant be a member. She acted like this was something of my own fault. Good job Toledo. Youve failed once again.

The hours are inconvenient to working employees of UT. The drive thru should be open until 6p at least twice a week for those who work until 4 or 5p. We all can't make it on a Friday or the bank is closed for holidays in some cases.

The UT credit union put on their annual meeting, it was very well organized and the staff did a great job to make the members feel welcome and appreciated. The management shared new low rate loan programs and a new introductory 0% for 6 months credit card. If you have a UT affiliation you should really look into the benefits of being a member. You get treated like family not just a number.
