Damaged my property and will not repair after i was promised. Work they contracted out was trash. I lost thousands of dollars. Apparently this is the Vaughn way. Start a company run it into the ground rip people off and just change the name and repeat. Karma will get them.

Took over 2 years to not even complete a garage! They left the Tyvek open to the weather so long, it was ripped all over. They would not return calls, after we already paid them.

Called to get something set up, A lady answered the phone and said once she got out of the building she would call me back and it would only be one minute. I never received a call back.

1st Choice has completed many jobs for me over the last 20 yrs. they have gutted and remodeled my kitchen & bathroom, roofed my house, added on to my garage and roofed it. Build a deck and put all new windows in my home. He is prompt, efficient and his workers are polite and clean up every single day! Prices are very competitive with other companies in the area. Would not think of asking or letting anyone else do work on my house or property! Good Job!

We had a lot of repairs needed when we first moved into our home. 1st Choice was a 'one stop shop' for a large majority of them including soffit, fascia, gutters, roof vents, window replacement and bathroom vents, as well as siding repairs and painting all of the trim. The workmanship was excellent and the house looks amazing now. I highly recommend 1st Choice Remodeling.
