I was verbally assaulted by another guest in the lobby and the front desk got mad at me for asking if there was anything they could do about him.
My mom booked a room and they didn’t have a room for her. Front desk was incredibly rude and disrespectful to her.
Our room had something wrong with it. My boyfriend and I both had headaches when we were in the room. I honestly think mold was in the room. The bathroom was DISGUSTING.
Heard front desk say to another worker “that’s that bitch” after they were both ignoring me as I asked for a hotel room key that worked.
I’ll never return - worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Miserable people working there.

Friendly and knowledgable Front Desk/Check Inn Clerk. Suite very clean. Restaurant on site. Garage parking adjacent to hotel (not free parking).
