All of the doctors are nice but like other people mentioned do not expect to get your child in when they are sick. This is the third time its happened in 2 months. I usually start calling 8am and am on hold 20-30 min only to be told there are no appointments or one at the very end of the day. How is that possible? Friends who go to other practices always get their kids seen day of. No questions asked. I cant keep going to urgent care so although we like the doctors for the occasional well visits, this practice is too unreliable.

We love our pediatrician. The doctors are fantastic. However we are regulars at Urgent Care because it's simply impossible to get an appointment. If you want even a slim chance, you have to start calling immediately upon opening, and then try and try and try again hoping to get through to somebody. As much as I hate to leave because I do appreciate the care we get on scheduled well visits, we are leaving to find a new pediatrician. It's simply not sustainable and shouldn't be this way.

We have a 5yr old and 15mo old. This is the 3rd pediatric practice I have tried as a parent, and I couldn't be happier. We have been coming to this practice for about 1.5yrs, and have never had a bad experience. Our preferred doctor remembers details about our kids that I sometimes can't remember. The nurses and office staff are friendly and helpful.
