Bad Experiences!

I had a bad experiences at this store with the manager. Just very unprofessional. Also a friend of ours had an extreamly bad experience he had his car impounded by the manager after it broke down in there parking lot. He notified the manager and She told him the car was ok and she or other Dollar Tree managers did not make calls for cars to be towed but the police may after so long. It was a Friday. He said he would have it out by that following Monday. When they shown up on Monday to tow it the car was gone. That same manager had it impounded and wouldn't acknowledge anything she said to him just a couple of days before. It ended up costing him hunderds of dollars and all just before Christmas. He even took them to coart over it but they claimed he abandoned it and that it was there for a week and not just over the weekend. Dollar Tree brought a district manager and a typed letter by one of there attorneys so the manager did not have to speak. Our friend was unfortunatly alone and ill prepared. I am disapointed in businesses such as this in my community.
