Sorry for interrupting your Tik Tok Scrolling Clarissa. Get used to actual customer service with walking a Tennant through the papers they're misunderstanding instead of running to get the manager because "I'm being a problem." I've only been here 2 months and I'm appalled.
Edit to add: Since I've moved in 2 months ago, the kitchen cabinet has come off the wall, the silverware drawer has broken and water has been leaking out of the kitchen outlet and light fixture. I called to tell them about the water in the walls 3 times before I was taken seriously. And 2 weeks to respond to the kitchen cabinet. Let's see how long it takes them to take the mold smell I've been telling them about seriously.

Haven't had mailboxes in months. Rusting stairs that are literally falling apart. They refuse to maintain the property. The post office said they will no longer be holding our mail. This is insane! I will be filing a formal complaint on the property. I have packages that can't be delivered and nowhere to be found. I almost missed a jury duty summons. Maintenence ripped up our carpet to get underneath the building.. said they would put in to get it fixed.. carpet is still not fixed. This was weeks ago. The unit above has flooded multiple times... they came to fix the drywall... and it is an eyesore. They did a sloppy job. I just don't understand why it's so hard to fix things properly or at all for that matter.

I was impressed by the care and compassion from the team when I came and applied for an apartment. I was treated like I was apart of a family. I was Givin an opportunity no other apartment complex was willing to give. Thank you so much.

Maintenance turn around is maximum of 48 hours so I appreciate that. Theyve always been fast regardless of the situation. I will for sure miss the maintenance workers as I move out. Also the new leasing manager Genesis, has fixed issues quicker than any manager has ever. Moving out due to price increase, but recommend apartments based on their workers.

Went to visit a friend who lives there. The unit was nice, fairly spacious, two bedrooms, one bath. The property is a bit worn, the lawn has barren patches and dog feces is visible in many spots. It's not at the bottom of the barrel, it looks like a decent place.
