I had a leak in my kitchen over my stove were the exhaust fan and for years I've been trying get it fix by different roofers through the years but only have leak come back.Well no more leaks Swink roofers fix it. Thank you so much

We used swink roofing for a repair job that was supposed to be transmitted to insurance company after repairs were made. We have since called several times to get images of repairs sent to insurance company. The insurance company said they were never received and we lost coverage because they never sent the info.
The owner after seeing the review I had originally left called me screaming at me about how I was a liar, and that he was removing our warranty on our roof. The owner did not allow me to speak or say anything about the situation. As I said before we had tried to communicate that we needed information sent to the insurance company we had this service done within the past year and within that that time we had sent the agents email to them so he could send the information to the agent. The information was never sent. He lacks professionalism and needs to not yell at customers despite how angry he may be about a situation. You do not call customers that paid for a service to belittle them and call them liars.
