Went in to get my son a haircut. Specifically told her what we wanted and she SHAVED my sons head. Also, the woman smelt like weed. What child wants to smell that while getting a haircut? Not only did she shave his head, but now he is completely embarrassed by his hair. DO BETTER when listening to clients! We wont be back!

My husband has been trying to get his hair cut for weeks now, but every time he goes, the wait is at least 2 hours. It doesnt matter what day of the week or what time of the day. Its always a 2 hour wait. One stylist in particular always cuts his eyebrows even after he says not to. The haircuts are also inconsistent. Hes yet to leave with a terrible one, so thats why theres 3 stars. He will be going elsewhere from now on.

just save your time and money, my first time ever coming in im waiting in the chair and no one has the decency to tell me to at least go sign in on the front computer, like i was just supposed to know that i had to do that. they let me sit in the chair for 45 minutes and STILL didnt tell me anything. No can i help you or do you need to schedule and besides all that i mean seriously Alicia is the only hair stylist in there that is worth your time and money, and it never fails that she has a 45 to an Hour wait. just go to Making The Kut by the new Rouses and youll never switch again.

Taylor is the best. Service was great! PLEASE!!! Put something to block the sun though! Other than that great place to get your haircut.
