He has retired and the new place was terrible service. Owner told us to come and made us wait over three hours. They told me agent never came in all day as of 11 30 am. Then at 2 30 pm still said too busy and had a new client handle us having trouble. I said you didn't go over contents insurance and he says too late you'll have to come back again! Avoid this place on theodore thawes road in theodore alabama,Allstate unless you have top energy to spend many hours.They were all friendly just very slow service.

They promote lower rates on radio while my rates went up over $50 a month with no tickets or accidents. I waited over a month before i switched companies, his office never informed me as to why the increase. Hours of operation is different than the actual. This place is a joke and should be shut down.
