      image I went into the branch with 1 other guy and he was greeted with the pleasantries of southern charm, upsold on a credit card offer that he didnt take advantage of, asked what denominations he wanted to receive his withdrawal in and wished a enjoyable time on Dauphin Island; I on the other wasnt greeted, upsold, asked if I needed anything else or extended well wishes. The experience felt like an episode of Them! The 50s called and they want there isms back. Do better! Money is green and customer service is key. I wont be back to this branch.
