For the amount of people the waiting room is small. The front office staff was very rude. I understand that flu season but if you want people not to put the pens back in the same cup leave a bigger damn sign. Also if they that worried about germs they need to have some people wait in their cars when it's full. And keep in mind you have no idea what people are going through and need to watch how they talk to people. I will not be back.

Went to urgent care, was told to put my jacket on the soiled linens trashcan, when I voiced I could perhaps put it somewhere else, the XRay tech said NO, you have to put it on the trash can pointing to the soiled linen trash can. I did. I tested negative for Covid, flu, and strep but no telling what I picked up from a soiled linen trash can in an emergency room full is sick people! Plus who is so rude and I dare say perhaps racist to be so insensitive and inhumane.

Just arrived here at Willis Knighton South in Shreveport and so far so good,staff has been very welcoming and RN Madison awesome!

I had two major surgeries at this hospital, and received the worst treatment ever granted. There was four nurses that actually cared. They took care of me, but when I had to be transported to North for my second surgery, the EMTs that works for a Willis Knighton, white guy bald head was the driver kind of short. He was very rude Slang to me in the back the other EMT was holding the gurney so I went fall off of it and then when we get there, hes snatching me out of the back of the ambulance moving so fast hitting me against the walls and down in administration and Willis Knighton South, the lady name Melinda came up to lock up. My belongings was very rude. I believe her name was Melinda Brown , very nasty its bad enough that this hospital was responsible for my fathers death, but it looks like you care less about the patients
