This company is worthless as far as plumbing issues go. The person I spoke to (after finding a number which wasn't a fax line, which seems to be the only thing they list on initial web searches) was very short with me in conversation and quite dismissive. Last thing he said to me was, that's an installation issue, we don't do installations? After that and all the previous run around, I told him they were worthless and I'd call someone else. I wish I could rate them at zero stars. I did receive one piece of useful advice, have the septic checked and pumped if needed... since that was something I was planning on anyway though, it wasn't a revelation. I just wanted someone to check previous work done and correct any possible deficiencies or let me know what needed to be corrected, this guy wouldn't even LET me get to that point with his frequent interruptions and dismissive attitude. Lousy customer service and business practice. This happened today (2/2/23 @ 10ish AM) Maybe I'll just buy myself a book on plumbing and do it myself... since people just don't seem to want to work anymore. Going to try A.D. Naylor in Oakland, MD.
