I move in February 2022.
Since moving in I have had nothing but problems with maintenance.
- Water coming in under the front door when it rains.
- Unable to use electrical sockets due to unsafe to plug anything in.
- Clogged toilet
- Sink in the guest bathroom FELL FROM THE WALL. Twice once on my little nephew when he was over visiting. Like the sink literally came completely detached from the wall
I keep getting the run around, they say they are going to fix these things but so far nothing. I have called corporate and left messages with them so far nothing. Now I need to see who I can escalate this to.
In my opinion this is an unsafe place to live.
I would strongly recommend not moving to this location.

I and many other tenants have had nothing but problems through various apartment companies that have owned this property. The simple fact is everyone promises the same thing that they care they'll fix the place up and no one delivers. This new place is even worse because they want to renovate the old places and will not fix the old place is up for the people currently living in them. They are doing this because they want us to leave so that they can fix them up and sell them at a higher rate. Do not go with this company they simply do not care and all they want is money.

Aweful. If you are thinking about moving in do not. Lived here for 3 years and just about everything that could go wrong did.
Break ins.
Roaches.
AC almost never worked.
My family and I went without power for a week and nothing was done about it. We sat in a dark hot apartment and our food spoiled.
Rent pricing was so inconsistent it made almost no sense.
Constantly leaving notes on the doors saying they would be coming by to install/fix/replace something and each time I'd cancel something so I could be home and they never showed up.
Our apartment also had a huge gap under the door so when it rained half of the apartment would flood. Nothing was done about this either.
Over the course of 3 years they never fixed the water. It was always freezing cold.
The one thing that they did "fix" was our dishwasher and even then they installed it so poorly it was practically falling out of the cubby it was in.
Last but not least, The internet. I could not use the internet for work because of how terrible it was. Unusable. I had to contact so many people in attempt to fix the issue and it was my internet company who was finally able to find a work around. Apparently the cables hadn't been replaced since around 1997.
Every day was a new problem. Please do not move into these apartments. :)
