I was unexpectedly hit by a car from behind by a woman going 40 miles per hour and slid into two other SUVs on I-5 resulting in a four car accident. My car being the only one to get totaled. I suffered horrendous neck and back problems within days of the accident and underwent three years of constant doctors appointments and pain.
What was so upsetting was the fact that the insurance company hadnt reviewed my file when it came time to offer me a resolution. I had new insurance adjusters assigned to my case constantly and they only cared about offering me the least amount of money possible. They didnt care about my medical bills, pain or what I had been through.
