I recently had major problems with my older 10" wide aluminum garage door. I knew it was major because when trying to open it one morning, the door opened about half way and got stuck. Then I noticed that both drums/pulleys had un-spooled both tension cables on both sides. Since the garage door was older and never really serviced, I expected the worst. I called Larry at Schumacher Garage Door and he came out within an hour. As expected, both torsion shaft bearings needed replacement. Since the drums and torsion spring were heavily worn, he replaced those parts also. Larry did a fantastic job and was done in no time. The price was very reasonable also. The door is now quiet and tracks straight.

If you have any problems with your garage door please call this company. Larry was able to fit me in on the same day and show in within a couple of hours. His work/appearance/behavior was impeccable.

Have been working with Larry Schumacher for YEARS, he provides excellent service and is always fair on pricing !! I do property management and have never had a complaint with Larry on any of the hundreds of jobs he's done for us over the last 15 years !!
