Abbey recently helped us sell our home in Boiling Springs SC. Her professionalism and knowledge of real estate are exceptional. She guided us through the process, staying right by our side helping us as we completed the large amount of paperwork. When we initially met with her she had already done her research and had all the information that was needed to complete the paperwork to list our home. She also suggested listing the house above what we thought it should be and it was under contract in about 3 weeks. She assisted us in getting everything we needed for closing which went through without any glitches. She is amazing and would highly recommend her if you are selling your home. My husband says she is tiny in stature but is a powerful and exceptional business woman.

Stay Away! She is a liar, manipulator, typical sales person, and only cares about her commission. She can't be trusted.

I wish I had more control over what vendors do, but they are independent of me and should have no reflection on my services. I understand how stressful this was for you, and I did my best to fix issues as they arose, and advise as needed. Several times during the transaction you mentioned how wonderful I was because I always answered my phone!!
