Rented a unit here for two years. The AC unit had mold in it since I moved in, and the owner did absolutely nothing to remediate the unhealthy living situation. The "property manager" is this bored older lady that creates a very toxic living situation, especially for younger residents. She is extremely unprofessional in both her emails and in person. I would recommend the condos down the street (Summer Seas) to avoid whatever is going on here.
