The staff is always extremely rude. Very unorganized and no one is on the same page about anything. I dont recommend going here at all to anyone. Especially if you have children.

The worst medical practice Ive ever been too! Everyone is careless from the front desk staff to the medical professionals in the back. I will never step a foot in this facility again!

Update: 9/15/2023: Ive CONTINUED to have excellent care and communication from this provider. I get appointments when I need them. Some of the people at the front desk are less than friendly ( NOT all. Just some) I have zero issues with Kelly Burke. Shes hands down amazing! Very thorough and listens to everything I have to say. Im not given the run around. Before you listen to another persons opinion, try it and form your own opinion first.
I left my last primary due to them pushing pills on me for weight loss. I came here nervous that I wouldnt be listened to. I was so wrong. I was heard and felt comfortable enough to share my concerns. Ive only had one visit so far, but I really felt at ease.

Great drs office have experienced a few hiccups but most were due to insurance changes n not the fault of the office, in the past I have had errors on my scripts just with quantity that was just n oversight, or simple mistake to have enough meds to make it to my next app but was immediately corrected to ensure I had my necessary meds, its always easy to get ahold of anyone u need to n I love the fact they'll text n call me to remind me of my app dates n times as I had a traumatic brain injury as a child n as a result I have permanent brain damage that left me with short term memory problems, n easily triggered migraines, they always seem to b very caring n compassionate compared to other drs I've been with in the past, over all I would recommend this office to any looking for a good primary care dr, as they've become increasingly popular it has become harder to get appointments, but they seem to manage to still b able to get necessary emergency appointments when needed only issue I've currently been experiencing is partly due to myself missing my apps n having to reschedule furter out than previously able to reschedule missed apps in a shorter time frame but at least they r still very good at making sure I've necessary meds to last me during the extended wait, only issue I had one time was the other prescriber didn't seem to care about a medication I needed immediately as I was sure to fill it that day and she'd sent it to the pharmacy literally after they closed meaning i didn't have my meds for that day and needed to go pick it up the day after i was to due to refill it making me go without my medication that whole day n as I'm a chronic pain patient n that med is one I take for chronic pain n was forced to go without it all day/night/n into the next day until I was finally able to fill it, it was an excruciating wait for my medication and hope to never experience that type of delay ever again, another issue I seem to have that may or may not be necessarily their fault or entirely their fault is getting my transportation set up I was told it has been setup but no further information was provided to me to actually get necessary transportation to and from my appointments as well as getting transportation and getting appointments with either new specialists or previous ones I had seen to address and maintain up to date records of my specific back conditions as disability requires this as not to interfere with my disability payments but without transportation I've been unable to keep up to date records which is increasingly frustrating n stressful as disability takes my lack of proper treatment as a sign my injuries no longer exist when in fact they've gotten worse as well as new debilitating conditions, hopefully with other aspects of my life changing for the better I can resume treatments with the specialists I have been unable to seek care from, but overall I still love this clinic, it's doctors, nurses, n other staff members I come into contact with!
