Recently I had put a bad review on this company due to false information that we got from the maid of honor who booked them we were told wrong information that he called at the last minute 11 o’clock to cancel due to vandalism and that he said there was nothing he could do so I was very upset but after finding out the real information and proof of texts from Steve and the maid of honor Sue Dealmeida
Steve was in touch with her since 7 AM that morning and was texting her back-and-forth while he was trying to find a back up plan to cover and make it right for us then she had someone screaming and yelling and swearing at him, and then told me the wrong information so we have been in touch with Steve who has been very courteous and helpful in making the situation right even though he never did anything wrong he still wants to do a little something for us because of the misunderstanding of our wedding day I highly recommend him because the hours that he spent talking to my wife was very kind and very businesslike and very informative of everything that happened and he Definitely went above and beyond to try to make it right if only that maid of honor gave us the information at 7 AM we would’ve not had gone through the hell that we went through due to her Lack of Communication, After talking to Steven he is like the business who is your friend Next Door down to earth kind hearted and willing to make the customer happy at whatever it takes. We highly recommend this man for all your needs as we will definitely be calling him in the near future

We rented a limo for a night out in Providence and had a great experience! Our driver was punctual, courteous and was always close by to take us to our next location. Pricing is very affordable. Would highly recommend!

I called Silver City Limo and gave "Steve" my time of departure & exact date we were to be picked up for a flight. When the day came to be picked up....Silver City Limo was a NO SHOW! I actually called the owner & woke him up AT 1:45AM...our pick-up time was 1:30am............he offered to try to wake up a driver to see if could pick us up but we would of missed our flight. I hung up in anger. The owner never even called back to apologize. DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE

My husband and I recently used Silver City Limousine to go to and from medical appointments in Boston. Service was amazing. The owner Steve) was very accomodating in working with our schedule. Our driver (Stanley) was on time, polite, very competent in his driving skills and familiar with the routes to be used. We can't say enough about how pleased we were with their service. We definitely will use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Job well done! Thank you!
