Dr.Cerce has been my primary care doctor for about 8 years. She only works a couple days a week. Compass dropped UHC insurance instead of working with patients we were told no sorry we can help you. This was inaccurate and UHC corrected Compass from doing this. I got sick and i was told to go to urgent care where they told me to gargle salt water for an extremely painful sore throat. Compass purposely doesn't do what they need to in one appt to force you to come back just to get billed again and they make more money.They have  no compassion it's a money making business without any regard to your health.

Do not use Compus Medical. Their employees are rude and in my opinion they do not put patients healthcare above their financial goals

Absolutely class acts over here!
Jessica who works the front desk, is so helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and professional!
Noel who is a RN, is also top of line!
Both are very pleasant and know how to treat their patients correctly!
My Doctor is Dr. Drakhlin another class act,that is professional from the word go!
Five star ranking, no questions about it!

Compass is a great place to see your doctor. I have been a patient there for over 20 yrs. The staff is exceptional and very familiar with the clients. Calling in for refills is responded to quickly and efficiently, even if your standing in the pharmacy. My health has been quite stable in the time I have been going there. This is the quality of care I have come to trust.
