We had maintenance service for our airconditioning and heating, Good customer service, phone gets answered right away, nice and happy to answer questions; technician was nice and helpful with providing us info, was able to make sure our airconditioning unit outside the house was cleaned and working well.

We have used Rices Heating and AC for 9 years. They have been very courteous, professional and they come when scheduled. They also installed an electrostatic air filter. We could not be happier with their work.

Rice comes out to service our HVAC units twice a year they are always professional and friendly. I commonly have questions about my system as it is older and nearing the end of its life span, the technicians have always been able to answer my questions and diagnose any problems I have had 5 stars all day long. If you dont have their yearly services you should save your self the money and have them help you.

We've had the USA heating/AC maintenance plan since 2008 and it's just easy, convenient, never have to think about scheduling because Rice staff call us to schedule! The service techs have always been on time, friendly, courteous, & knowledgeable!
