      image Poor customer service. Not a good bank to work with as an investor with more problems than answers. Their favorite answer to questions is "We arent authorized to give that information." And didnt provide or offer alternative solutions.

      image Worst bank to have a business account with!! Checks are deposited on a Friday and won't clear till nearly 10 days later, then even though you have deposited, your acct overdrafts since technically their isn't any available balance and they charge you multiple $36 overdrafts fees. Paid nearly $300 only in overdraft fees and my check still hasn't cleared! Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!!
