I had my truck lifted, had exhaust done, had some chip thing done, and had the underbody powder coated. They had my truck for about 5 months. They ended up installing a train horn also because it took so long. They ended up wiring the horn wrong. I had to take my truck to Ford and have them fix a part that they had bent which stopped my truck from working. I gave them another chance with my car which had an oil leak and my ac was not working. They had it for 3 months. I just got my car back Friday. The AC is still not working and my car has no oil in it whatsoever. They are lucky my engine did not blow up on me. Do not take your vehicle here. Save your time and money.

Where do I even start? I dont have the exact dates but i do have messages and receipts. Jesse came referred from a good solid friend. I ordered some amp power steps from him, they were indeed on back order. I tried to order them myself and couldn't. i figured he'd get them quicker. Man, was i wrong. He was in the process of moving locations, told me they were in "storage" for about 5 weeks. Finally i demanded my steps so that i could install them myself. So, a total of 2 and a half months total he finally was ready for me. They did an excellent job of installing them. Didn't think nothing of it. Im happy to find a shop that does great work. I take my work truck in to get general maintenance done and what not, great work and within a reasonable time. I convince my wife that my other truck needs all this other stuff thats not needed. Lift, turbo upgrade, injectors, tune, powder coat my exhaust, and c3 fuel pump swap. He explained that the turbo and injectors needed to be sent out, cool. I drop off my truck October 3rd. I then convinced my wife that my truck needed new wheels and tires. got with Jesse and ordered some. Paid in full for ALL parts above. On December 23rd i had to pick it up for a trip i had to go on, wasn't done or riding right. Ended up taking the wife's truck. i took it back January 3rd. He was going to have it done in a few days. A month later of his excuses i told him to put my truck together and i'm coming to get it. Got there and the truck was undergoing some lift issues he was working on. i got it fixed somewhere else. i asked him about my wheels and tires. He responds on a wed "they're at the tampa warehouse". He says he'd have them there next day. I go by next day, guess what? Excuse. Friday at 5:45, guess what? Excuse.
I asked for a refund. he said "since they're forged, theres no refunds". My wife goes up Tuesday to ask him cause i'm not pissed off. She ask for the wheels, he says "James asked for a refund" she says "ok, wheres the money then" apparently he has to wait for the refund. she called the Rep for the certain wheels and he said that Jesse tried to order them but his card declined. i started to investigate more, my cp4 was still in the truck, the place he said he sent the turbo and injectors never heard of him or his company before. I filed complaints on him and im not going to let him get over on me this easy. I have all the proof a person could need. i work hard for my money and i have a pissed off wife thats saying "¡ told you so" BEWARE of this shop. He stated that he'd give me a refund in the complaint below, i'm still waiting.

Had my F150 in the shop for new wheels, I knew nothing about that stuff, however the staff there are extremely helpful and my truck looks amazing. I am taking all my vehicle for custom work there. Pricing is extremely reasonable. They are so easy to work with.
