I have been a client of SunTrust/Truist for almost 25 years, but I was kind of indifferent until I started working with the team at the 3825 South Dale Mabry branch. Rafael, Adam, and Victoria have all made an effort to get to know me personally and have always provided great service. Having also experienced BOA, TD, Chase, Wells Fargo, and some others I can't even remember, the team at this particular Truist branch does an excellent job of providing the small community bank feel but with the security and benefits of a big bank. I highly recommend them for both personal and business, and if you ever have an issue, simply ask one of them for help. Thanks guys, and keep up the great work!

Always a little wait. A few years back they allowed someone to access my security deposit box who was not on as a signer or registered by me to have access.

Your google business listing says this south dale mabry branch is open until noon on Saturday. But youre closed. Kindly update your hours so your customers are not wasting their time coming to a closed location that advertises it is open.
