Optum Trash! I was 18 minutes late after driving over a hour to get here for my VA Hearing test, the staff had no compassion at all, told me I was more than 15 minutes late and refused to see me. even after I explained I drove an hour and took time off work. there not serving Veterans their praying on them. when i called Optimum they told me the same and that I couldn't reschedule. then I got an email saying since "I" canceled in less than 24 hours I could not reschedule. Complete Scam, wouldn't expect anything less from the VA or any of their contractors thou. Boycott this place so they are forced to find another company

I went to my VA disability compensation appointment on March 21st, 2023 and I had no issues with the examiner or the exam. I do have an issue with the travel pay check not being released for a long time. It's going on 3 weeks now and still no money. This is not the first time this has happened. Other companies that have been contracted by the VA to conduct exams pay out within a week . QTC medical group ,etc. This needs to stop.

Before my long wait in the doctors office, I thought I would get ready by visiting the restroom. Someone with a cleaning cart was standing outside the facility, so I assumed that the place was just tidied up. To my surprise and dismay, there was a very strong foul smell in there. It was more nauseating when I discovered that both stalls were clogged with fecal matter. I walked out and the supposed housekeeping person disappeared. Not the kind of hospital clean place I expected.

Had a referral for Dr. Ballal, pediatric cardiologist after My child was in the ICU for 5 days. We were given medication by the doctors at the hospital and told to follow up with the specialist who would then take care of her medication from there. The day of our appointment was the last day of her medication and it needed to be refilled. The young lady at the front desk with the blondish hair told me that it would be sent by 5 oclock I called the pharmacy at 5:30 and it was not there. Remember were talking about pediatrics so any parent who has ever had a child who has been sick or hurt you know how that feels. Your protective. So I called the doctors office again this morning and she put me on hold accidentally hung up on me called me back this is my third time calling they still hadnt sent the medication so I just asked whats going on there because it seem like they were playing around at the front desk. Remember now this is pediatrics. So when I asked her what was going on there and that I dont mind holding because my child does not have the medication she hung up on me. Were still waiting for them to send the prescription since yesterday. My daughter has to take her medication soon. Im so sick that they found it funny that I was worried about my child. Never going back there, some of those girls at the front desk need to learn how to be women. So hurtful knowing that they think its a joke!
