But one of their employees was very short when speaking to people and rude (she was wearing a white shirt and a mask) I asked for someone else to help me because after how she greeted me and overhearing how she was speaking to others, I did not want to work with her. The gentleman who helped me instead was very kind like the staff usually is

Be aware of Amscot scam!!.. went there to cancel one of my western union money-orders which I purchased from publix.. they took my SSN and all INFO to process that and I did not opt to use their service as they were charging 10% of the amount for cancellation where as WU only charges 15$ to do the same. They are stealing peoples data for no reason and increasing customer base by enrolling people in that way.. when I asked them to remove my INFO from their system the associate refused to do so .... I seriously doubt their intent of collecting data
