Eric at Associated Watch and Jewelry is amazing! He helped me get my ring sized perfectly. His expertise is unsurpassed and the jewelry there is exquisite! We are new to Tampa and I will do all my jewelry business with Associated Watch and Jewelry now. Natalie and Eric are awesome to work with! I just stopped in again today and and Eric and Kevin went above and beyond helping me get a new battery for my Watch in under 5 minutes! Our favorite jewelry store in Tampa!! Exceptional customer service and exceptional jewelry!

I went in to perhaps sell some jewelry and didnt know what to expect, but immediately after meeting Kevin I felt very comfortable. I felt no pressure to sell. Kevin was very knowledgeable, fair, and gave me his undivided attention. I would definitely go back to them for any jewelry needs whether purchasing, selling, or servicing.

I could not have had a better experience. As someone who knows nothing about jewelry, buying an engagement ring has always seemed like an intimidating task. Kevin and Mabel not only made sure I got exactly what I wanted, but they helped me understand everything along the way. They immediately responded to all of my questions and I never had to wonder if I was a priority. It is hard to imagine having a better team in your corner when making a purchase like this. They take all the stress out of the process and your satisfaction is all that matters. I would recommend them to anyone and will not hesitate to come back here for any future needs.

Absolutely awesome experience. The owner and his daughter are very helpful and very knowledgeable in the world of jewelry and repair! Definitely guided me when I was purchasing and was very quick with my repairs and cleaning 10/10 recommending this place to all of my friends!
