Do not move here unless it is your last option. When i first moved in, the entire apartment was disgusting. There were dead bugs and mold in the fridge, hair in the bath tub and mildew & mold in the toilet. The front office refused to do anything about it until I threatened to break my lease.Theres a constant bug problem, first there were ants everywhere, once I finally got rid of those, roaches started popping up. The bathroom has constant mold build up because of poor ventilation and the entrance gate has never been fixed so its always open. I went on a trip for 2 weeks and came back to my bath faucet spitting black water. And the front office is always sending out emails saying the hot water has to be shutoff due to some type of plumbing problem. Avoid this place at all costs unless this is your very last resort.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. customer service is horrible. The leasing office doesnt actually care about your needs. When I first moved in my apartment was INFESTED with roaches. The floors, walls, fridge, etc. was FILTHY. I had to spend a day cleaning the apartment before I could even move my stuff in. My father in laws car got towed as he was here helping me debug the place. The only good thing about this apartment is the view. The lake and the ducks are amazing. But thats it. It was HELL living here. I left march 30th and STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY SECURITY DEPOSIT. Thats ridiculous. Take it from me. Save the headache. Dont even consider this place. Look the other way.

When I lived here, there was a serious roach problem! I was very clean and made sure to keep the apartment clean, but the roaches kept coming. When I notified the leading office, they never did anything to help with the issue.

This has been the most convienent location and best for the price apartment around the whole city in my opinion. The maintenance team is so quick and friendly and I never had problems communicating with the leasing office.
Since the rent is all in one, it relieves the worry about paying electricity or internet. Since the electricity is included and the rent is cheap during the winter if the heater doesnt kick on yet like some people complained about, I bought a mini heater for cheap and it kept me and my cats cozy. And then in the summer just buy a nice fan, but I lived here two summers and my ac worked excellent, no problems.
I liked that it has the pools, fitness center and the lake view/landscaping is actually really pretty/taken care of. The bright green doors might be a little ugly but I'll miss it when I have to move.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Nothing but issues since I've been here. When I moved in 7 months ago, it was as if the previous tenant moved out and we moved right into a filthy apartment and had a lot of bugs for the first few weeks. When I asked the office how they can let somebody move into an apartment like that, they ignored me. Raised the rent 3 times in 6 months, frequent power outages, no hot water for the past 2 months, and the maintence team is quick to close tickets without even doing anything. The maintence team closes a ticket, comes to look at the issue a day or two later, and says they'll be back to fix it never to be heard from again unless we put the same request in over and over again. I do not care if the manager responds to this asking to speak to me personally. I listed the issues so I think I speak for all residents when I say please fix them.
