What a wonderful first impression and professionalism by Mr. Dominic himself! All my inquiries were answered with efficiency and confidence. Based on that experience, the up keep of the property and amenities has me SOLD! Thank you to the Reflections office staff, everyone was warm and welcoming.

Excellent Attention, All the Administration staff are very attentive and with a great human sense, especially their Manager Greshell, always serving with a good humor, for these qualities I dare to Recommend these Refleccin apartments.

When looking for an apartment for my college student, we just happened to see the Reflections apartments across the street. We were able to take a tour right away with Ms. Laurie. She was very professional and willing to work with us personally to make sure my daughter was approved for an apartment right away. The apartment we were shown was very tastefully decorated and super spacious. I was also impressed with the overall cleanliness of the whole complex. My daughter is looking forward to living there for her next school year.

When I first started living here, I thought it would be a fairly decent place to live for the price. But honestly, I would definitely not recommend living here. If youre a college student or just looking for an apartment in general, theres tons of better options in the USF area. The complex itself is dirty. The trash is always overflowing and there will occasionally be raccoons digging through the overflow. The front desk is extremely unhelpful, incompetent, and never understands what theyre doing. These people are EXTREMELY money hungry, so keep that in mind if you plan to stay here. Dont even bother filing any complaints as they wont do anything about it. They screw a lot of things up and refuse to take accountability for it, they also try to charge you for anything they possibly can. All in all, I would recommend you take your money elsewhere. You can definitely get a better bang for your buck at any of the nearby apartment complexes, like The Social or The Ivy. At least compared to here. I wish I never moved in, and I advise you not to either.
