My experience with this company has been outstanding! From the polite and helpful service I received by Erica, Naomi and Victoria in their office to the polite and helpful gentleman who delivered and set up my Mother's hospital bed. I called other medical supply stores and this one made it easy to get the critically important mobility equipment we needed in a prompt matter.

They are very good at what they say, they'll do.
The hope for me is to have them be honest and finally and actually, fix my Heavy Duty Trident by Drive?
I'll be very gratified.
I don't have anything bad to say.
I was planning to give only 0 star. There is none.
So, I decided to give Five-🌟 Stars, instead.
They didn't fix the Joystick on my Power Chair like they claimed that they did.

This company has the absolute worse response time for repairs I have ever encountered. My manual wheelchair started to have a problem in December 2018 . A replacement part was needed for the wheel to function correctly. It is June 2019 and the part has not been replaced. The repair employee has made 3 visits to my home to adjust the wheel and the chair was taken to the facility for 3 days for repair work. However, the part needing to be replaced has not been installed
Calls to the office , messages left mean nothing, no call call back and they do answer their phone. If you are needing the services of a medical supply company. You will regret any association with this group.Six months and my chair has the same problem, I sent pictures,explained the problem to the repair guy, my chair is still broken. Look elsewhere for service, you won't get it from these people.

DON'T BUY ANY POWER WHEELCHAIRS FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WONT TAKE IT BACK IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE AND MEDICARE WON'T HELP. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER.
BUYER BE WARE. I HAVE WORNED YOU.

They will not answer the phone. Or return call's very un professional.
