I recently ordered a floor scrubber with a delivery date of 1/9. I was in need of it sooner so I called to see if I could pay to expedite the shipping. I was told no, and I asked if there could be a note to please get it out ASAP as I had to rent a costly, sub par machine meanwhile. I never received shipping confirmation or any communication other than order confirmation, so I called on 1/9 and found out it was still sitting on their dock waiting to be picked up. I live in Michigan & it won't be here till 1/15! The only reason this review is getting two stars and not one, is because the associate who answered my call, Rosie, was very kind and made sure to call me back immediately with shipping info once the carrier had picked it up. If you order from them and need shipping, expect delays and make sure you call to find out if they're holding up to what they said they would do!

Where do I begin?
Walking into Janitors closet is like walking into a fantasyland filled with restoration equipment. The immense selection of products will astonish even the most weathered of a janitor.
I have to thank Greg Sr and Skie for their vast knowledge and help when it came time to pull some heavy triggers.
Honestly- the weight that really ripped the scale was the adorable shop dog.
Zoey? Ill be back to see her for sure.
