Current Update - THEY CONTINUE TO MISS OUR TRASH WEEK AFTER WEEK! We now have another new home on our street and we were both skipped yesterday. Whats pathetic, they pick up from the one house every week at the front of our street! Driver is either lazy or not intelligent enough to remember there are new homes further into the street!!!
Fast to take your money, but they dont pick up your trash! We have called regarding our new service 5 times! Tuesdays 5th call was supposed to be escalated! They missed us again yesterday and have yet to hear back from anyone!

This company should be investigated! There are way to many problems with it! You pay up front but takes about a month to get a trash can. They aren't consistent on picking up trash and you can never get anyone on the phone! If you can go with another trash service do so! Unfortunately they are the only trash company for some people.
