Horrible management. A pipe recently burst on the 16th floor, somehow flooding my apartment on the 12th floor. The workers they hired were supposed to replace parts of the dry wall. They never did. Now I just have parts of my wall not filled in. I have been trying to contact management for two months for no avail. 900$ HOA fees... for what? calling into the void? I have also been trying to get a new key for my locker. I have just recently found out that I am supposed to get one from a ups store. Would have been nice to get an update from a manager instead of having employees make never to be addressed notes.
Thursdays are loud because of clubs but it's right next to one of the biggest clubs here so that shouldn't be surprising.

This is such a nice place to live. The unit we are in is great for two and we have one little rescue who seems to enjoy it here as well. It has a nice view (4th of July is awesome) and it's just generally comfortable. The employees here are so nice and wonderful too!
The only thing that bothers me about it here is the resident garage is so tight but, I assume it's due to what I think are the support beams of the building so there's nothing that can be done about that but while trying not to hit the front right of my car while turning in there, I ended up catching the rear left of it on one of those beams.
