To have our home and auto be raised in last 2 years by 100% we need a new one not bought and paid for

Automated system does not work. You cannot speak to a person. I sent them an email and got no response. Is this government office working for the people or not?
Jennie Swift on Google
What a farce. Never got a person to pick up.
Patti Womack on Google
Try to call these people to ask a simple question and no one works or answers the phone. I guess most of the hard working Americans work 8-5 and longer, but government workers just work until 1 pm and then get to go home and play. Our tax dollars at work. I am sure we pay them good salaries to work longer than 1 pm.
