I never got to find out if their work is quality or not. My realtor highly recommended them, but three months after accepting their estimate (which didn't include everything we wanted, after repeated requests) they still haven't scheduled us. And worse, they don't even pick up the phone to call... it has always been me calling them! And most of the times I call, it goes to voicemail. It must be nice to continue running a business without having any courtesy whatsoever for the customers. This is not how it should be done. I have wasted over 3 months on these people.

I have called on the BEC & Co team for several jobs now and have been nothing but impressed with the entire experience.
I have always been called back in a timely manner by both the staff and owner. I have gotten honest and cost effective quotes/proposals (as I have always gotten more than one for comparison) and if there is ever any change I have gotten both a phone call and email to be sure it meets with my understanding and approval.
I have had roofing work, plumbing work, small jobs and a major remodel of my kitchen. I have also recommended this company to my family and a coworker who have all called and thanked me for the recommendation as they were also pleased and have since called on them again or referred the business to family and friends.

Wonderful, detailed and very professional. Heather is great with providing the customers all that is needed. She helped me to not waste my money on a bad investment property. I will certainly be contacting them for any of my contracting needs in Tallahassee for sure!
