Very helpful staff although not a very good variety of rope. As in they only had one option for rope.

I just bought an item out of the display case and found that it had been tampered with at some point and no longer works. Essentially I bought something "new" which was already "used." I understand that they are closing, but it was right out of the case and I discovered too late that it already had batteries in it.
I called back and they indicated there is nothing they can do at this point in the shut down. No returns, no credits, no nothing. And I am actually a long time loyalty / rewards member. So I would not buy anything electrical, mechanical, or requiring assembly at this point. That includes anything that shows the box has been opened, and literally anything with moving parts from fishing reels to bikes.
