Our experience using Whites Plumbings services have been less than stellar. From the beginning, there was a lack of professionalism coming from the team that came to fix our issue. This team was able to achieve absolutely nothing as we had told them that our issue would most likely turn out to be a whole re-piping. They were unable to answer many of our questions, and still wanted to tack a ~$125 fee for being in our house for about 5 minutes, without even crouching to look at the issues. I had immediately realized how lackluster this service was going to be, but my partner and his parents decided to hire the company. My intuition was correct the job done in the house was simply poor.
From not following simple directions, such as being told to place the water heater to the LEFT of the closet and instead placing directly in front of the door, blocking its path, to allowing the washer to drain out to our yard (!!!). I cannot blame Whites for causing this, but I just wonder if they went under the house, how did they not know/not care that it was draining outside?
Finally, our toilet upstairs apparently has leaked and caused wood to rot underneath. Again, while I cannot blame Whites for causing this, it just makes me wonder how this was not noticed as they worked in and around the toilet. The issue was so grave that it was instantly caught by the person we are hiring for tiling.
It truly just makes me wonder is this professionalism to yall? Be very cautious hiring this company.

Just had my water heater replaced. They scheduled it quickly and the guys that came out, JT and Sutton, were just incredibly nice and did a great job with removing my stubborn old water heater and putting the new one in seamlessly. Would definitely recommend Whites.

Nicole, in the office is very proactive and easy to work with.
