My wife bought a car back on August 24th. Yes we know it's a used car, we asked our salesman the questions about if all their cars are checked and looked over before it Is put on the lot for sale. He assured us that it gets fully inspected and looked over thoroughly before it's put up fo sale. Wife bought the car, engine light came on the same day we bought it, we informed him about it, he told us to bring it in and they would have it looked at and fixed. The next day he said the car was 100%, then calls my wife and saids that there was still issues. The mechanic would have to order the parts,and it would be fixed.feels like we been given the runaround for over 2 weeks. And still no car. Now he tells us they have to order another part. First payment is coming up and still no car. Still have to buy a tag for a car that my wife hasn't driven but for one day.very displeased.
