Good food and friendly staff. The drive- thru/parking situation is a bit off or awkward though. I love their asada fries, and good burgers and ice cream. I do wish their lettuce wasn't shredded, but not a huge deal.
Parking: There is only the one drive up window to order from, then you have to park in the small area behind the restaurant to wait for your order

I'm a regular customer and service is usally ok but today was terrible. Waited about 10 mins to get up to drive thru because one car was at the window forever. A kid took my order and I was told to wait in the parking lot. Over 20 mins later, nothing. I walk in and find out my food was never made. 10 mins later I finally get my food without even an apology. Two new young girls working there and other customer orders were also incorrect or taking a long time. Food is still good though.

After my dental appointment in Taft, I was starving and needed  something to eat so I looked on yelp and found Jacob 's burgers The reviews were good so I figured I would give it a try. I normally always get a double cheeseburger wherever I go and most of the time it's filling but not enough. I decided to go with a double bacon cheeseburger here, and when it was delivered to my table, it looked amazing and gigantic! It had a smash bigger look to it, but we're really thick juicy patties that had a nice crust to them. I really struggled to eat this burger, but it was so good. I didn't wanna leave any left on the plate. I will definitely be back.
