I cannot say enough about their great service, pricing, and flexibility. Rich usually works in the Shoreline store but was in the Tacoma store the day I stopped in. Rich worked with me on selection, pricing, delivery and follow up technical services. Very, very happy with my Prosser's, with Rich, and of course, with my piano!
