February 2023 Roof Replacement
P & C was the finest set of home workers I have seen in years!!!! We hired Pedro after watching two of our neighbors' roofs being replaced after 30 years. We were stunned as we watched. Our neighbors were shouting his praise. Why?
A porta-potty showed up and was neatly placed before they arrived. P & C was on time or early all three days. They worked 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with rotating workers on breaks, non-stop. P & C was faster and more efficient and knowledgeable than I believed a crew could be. They showed teamwork, amazing planning/organization, and use of top equipment.
Pedro was perfectly fluent in English. He returned calls and did everything he said he would do. He informed us immediately and proved his discoveries when he found more damage than expected on our high-pitched, complicated roof.
His team protected my windows, entry, patio, and landscape. They cleaned up well after themselves. They were always safe and polite. They installed such a beautiful roof with a more cost-effective bid than any other.
A homeowner across the cove watched them closely and hired them for his house immediately. Within my sight, that makes 5 homes that will have had P&C. He is an artist and amazing supervisor, no nonsense.
At the conclusion, he was joyfully proud when he was appreciated and congratulated. He then thanked his employees in front of us. A perfect end.

As a home inspector I always Recommend Pedro. He is an amazing roofer. Just had him do my parents roof. I was more than impressed with his work. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Fast and affordable. You wont be disappointed.
