image First off my wife and I were deceived and charged different from the initial cost. Then after like 3 weeks of having the device and not having a toxic reading, I received a text asking why I drank the day before! I don't even drink alcohol! The first judge made a mistake and put the wrong order on me and then I get a faulty monitor that doesn't even turn on right I couldn't even see half the screen!!! Then I got the order for that removed because of the false reading that I had proof of my daily sobriety by the treatment facility I checked into daily!!! Then I send the monitor to them and then they mail it back to me 3 weeks later so I get a ride all the way to Tacoma and hand deliver it on video!!! Then a week later I get a text by a dude that text me accusing me by I quote "HOW DID YOU BREAK THE BREATHALIZER? ILL SEND YOU THE COST REPAIRES LATER!! So make sure you record your entire life if you regretfully started that EXPENSIVE HELL MONITORING

I hate having to respond to these types of reviews. It is my 2nd in 14 years. Yes, 2 bad reviews in 14 years.What I hate about responding to such libel is I can't really say much without making the reviewer out to be less than honest. We have an agreement that states what the cost is, and how to make the periodic payments. If the payments are not made on a timely basis we add late fees. The fees go to cover the Monetary Non-Compliance letters which have to be written or maybe some other aspect of the program we need to cover while the participant is not making payments as agreed. It is standard, it is in all of our agreements. It is in all Electronic monitoring agreements. Most people never see the Monetary Non-Compliance aspect of the program, this is due to maintaining the payment plan and following through as agreed. this is a court ordered program, it keeps you out of jail, and able to take care of your family's needs so they do not suffer for your mistake. The program is actually a privilege, it is not a right. Part of the privilege involves taking care of the equipment, following the rules, and becoming accountable.You state that we sent the device back to you after 3 weeks. That's not quite accurate. Your wife sent it to the wrong place and for whatever reason it 3 weeks to get back to you so that it could be addressed properly. You state you made a video of you delivering the video to us. Since you made a video would you mind sharing it. If I can see on the video that the device screen is not damaged then I will publicly apologize for suggesting that you returned it damaged which coincidentally might be why you could only see half of the screen, just sayin'.Your statements are libelous. The truth is you did not follow the agreement. You made life harder on yourself. I am not responsible for your problems, I have enough of my own. I run an honest program which works very well for people who are honest with themselves and wish to do better, and be better. The choice is always yours in how you move forward, how you respond, and how you live.I wish you the best in life, no matter what it has to offer I hope you can accept it and prosper from the gained experiential wisdom you receive from it.Toby
