The power in my community recently went out. When the power was restored my refrigerator/GE Monogram quit cooling. I was scrambling to get the refrigerator restored and came across Puget Sound Appliance. The two employees arrived on time, used shoe covers and we’re extremely kind. They showed me the issues and took the time to explain everything to me. I was very thankful they came the same day and quickly fixed it. I highly recommend this business and will call them in the future. Service: Refrigerator repair

Great group of guys. Fixed our True food prep table in our sushi restaurant. Scheduled on Friday and got there evening service. Two techs showed up on time as noted online and got the fridge repaired just before our restaurant opened. Million Star Service!!

In the middle of the day, I left a detailed message with the brand of appliance and issue of repair. Left my name and phone number twice. They never even called me back.
