I went to Lotus Nails on Monday because my regular nail salon was closed, I was hoping for a good experience because of the good reviews from here. I got completely the opposite. They gave me numerous cuts and they polished my skin, as well as my nails. Needless to say, I won't be back.

Family owned.. wonderful people and pleasant atmosphere. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience at Lotus nails. I asked for a simple manicure with tips and a certain shape. The owner did not do the shape I asked for and it came out extremely clumpy with nail polish on my skin as well that would not come off. When I went in the next day to ask if they would possibly fix it, he refused to do it without charging me a full price again. There are much better places in Syracuse that are worth spending slightly more at for better service. Would actually rate this salon zero out of five stars but google requires a rating of at least one to post. Service: Acrylic nails
