The initial phone call I made to this company was incredibly unprofessional. The woman I spoke with was rude and short with me. I was confused and trying to ask a question and literally received the response of it's not confusing. She also continually talked over me while I was trying to ask the question to the point where I actually ended up yelling back at her to stop talking and let me finish the question. This was after I had politely asked her 3-4 times to please let me finish speaking. She then promptly hung up on me. Now yelling back in this scenario certainly wasn't the correct response, it only came about due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the receptionist I was speaking with. This is a person who works in a patient facing position. She should definitely be better trained in dealing with people. Especially since by her own admission she has worked here for 18 years.

I'm leaving this for Terri an Terri only .. to be so rude and to berate people when you don't know there story or what's going on in there life. No one says hey let me wait til I'm in unbearable pain !! Shame on you for treating people that way .

I've been going to this office for almost two years now and everyone there have been nothing short of caring. I struggle with severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and having any work done ; everyone in the office has been super understanding and helpful. Dr. Martin has made the long road to a dental implant painless and easy to understand which helps ease the anxiety. As long as I'm in the Syracuse area I'll be going to Martin & Winkler and will continue to hype them up to friends and family who are looking for a new dentist's office!

I have been a patient with them for 20 years easy. The staff is awesome, hygienist are great but Dr Alamir is the Best of the Best. I love her and know she will do her best to get the job done the 1st time.

Called here this morning after a long week of pain and discomfort. The receptionist said they were booked and didnt have anything available until august 25. I told her about the pain and infection I had she went and talked to the doctor and came back on the phone and told me to come right in but it will be a bit of a wait due to a full schedule. I went there checked in every one there was so caring. There was no wait. I went right back and they did an x-ray and the Dr. came in and said you are not going another day with this tooth. I was in and out in less than a half hour. It was a painless process. I never felt a thing not even the nova Cain needle. I cant thank this office enough for their compassion. I will be forever thankful.
