I set up service, scheduled a day for set up and delivery, took time off from my job to be there for the new delivery and set up, and no delivery. I called the company and they said they had moved my scheduled delivery. I was never called, emailed or consulted. When speaking to a supervisor about my situation, he seemed not concerned about my complaint and tried to reschedule a delivery for 3 weeks out. Told me I should be more understanding about “Holiday Schedules”. My concern is that they were not very understanding of my taking time off work, or my schedule.
I will never buy any of their products ever again, or be dealing with their suppliers.
Buyer beware.

I set up an account for my elderly mother, she is not able to drink the water where she lives. I've had to call the company several times due to canceled deliveries. The company assured me the product would be delivered the next day, they have canceled twice since then... still no water. I can not rely on this company, so I'm looking for a new one. Hopefully, the next company will be reliable.

They have there share of problems water is good but like everything a little high in price the quality is there too

Water is good, they refuse to keep to their delivery schedule. This is 2 deliveries in a row that I have been without drinking water for days because they can't be bothered to stick to the schedule.
